Abstract Submission

1. General Information

Abstract‘s body should not exceed 2000 characters.
The abstract submitted should not be previously published or presented at Polish conferences.
The abstract should contain key details of the study: the aim, methodology, results and conclusions. Commonly used abbreviations are allowed, others should be explained. All medications should be provided in accordance with the international nomenclature.
• Abstracts may be submitted only through our online submission system.
• Prior registration is obligatory for abstract submission.
• The deadline for abstract submission is June30 2015
• Abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. Any abstracts submitted via mail, fax or e-mail will not be accepted, either.
• Each submitted abstract will be reviewed anonymously by independent reviewers and qualified for presentation.
• Review process will be completed by July 30 2015.
• he authors will be informed whether their submissions have been accepted or rejected by August 10 2015
• The abstracts will be printed in the Congress materials.

2. Abstract layout

  • The abstract must include the following:
    1. Title (no abbreviations, IN CAPITAL LETTERS),
    2. Initials and surnames of all the authors

The body of the abstract, which should include a brief introduction and aim of the study, description of the material and methods, results and conclusions and the number of the session to which the authors submit a presentation. The character count of the abstract should not exceed 2000, including tables.

  • Do not include figures, institution address (street address, post code), scientific degrees, names of the grants sponsoring the study or the references.
